Refund/Return Policy
Refunds depend on the type and stage of work.
This policy explains how refunds are handled for software projects, SaaS products, websites, design work, automation services and other digital services.
This Refund/Return Policy applies to UAB "TagRise Technologies", operating through tagrise.ai. Because we provide digital services, software work, design work, automation systems and technical support, refunds are handled based on the nature and stage of the service.
Digital services and custom work
Payments for custom software development, websites, portals, automation tools, UX/UI design, graphics design, AI-assisted workflows, data operations, consulting and technical services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
This is because time, planning, development, design, review, communication and technical resources are used during the delivery process.
Before work starts
If payment has been made but work has not started, you may contact us to request a cancellation. If no work, planning, setup, procurement or resource allocation has begun, we may issue a full or partial refund.
Milestone-based projects
For projects divided into milestones, payments for completed or active milestones are generally non-refundable. If a future milestone has not started, it may be cancelled or adjusted according to the project agreement.
SaaS products and subscriptions
For SaaS products or subscription-based services, fees are normally billed according to the selected plan. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation terms of the relevant service. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Design work
Payments for UX/UI design, graphics design, website design, product interface design, brand-aligned visuals and related creative work are generally non-refundable once design work has started or draft concepts have been delivered.
Third-party costs
Some projects may include third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software licenses, APIs, SMS gateways, payment processors, stock assets, plugins or external tools. These costs are usually non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Service issues
If you believe a service was not delivered according to the agreed scope, contact us with clear details. We will review the issue and may offer correction, replacement work, service credit, partial refund or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
No physical returns
We primarily provide digital services and software-related work. There are usually no physical products to return.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, email billing@tagrise.ai with your name, company name, invoice number, payment date, service details and reason for the request.
